Supernatural Marvel- Area 51

I studied supernatural events and myths in my ENC 1102 class taught by Vicki Hendricks, mainly through a preponderance of works written by authors such as Tim O'Brien and Nathaniel Hawthorne. We also watched the movie, The Sixth Sense which concerns a boy who develops the ability to communicate with the dead. Somehow as we analyzed the natural, unatural, and supernatural, up sprang a discussion about Area 51 at Groom Lake in Nevada. It's not generally a place that the people of my generation know about and I think it would interest them if they did.

The main controversy that perpetuates the myths associated with Area 51 is all the nuclear testing the Air Force conducts there. From that alone, there are a series of reported UFO sitings, aliens, and radioactive degenration. It's a secret that only a few people know about. You can Visit Area 51, but the closest you'll get to testing grounds is about 5 miles out!
